To inform us of any changes to your order, holiday dates etc, you are able to telephone our office on (01270) 841480 8am-1pm Mon-Sat.
An answerphone service will primarily be operation after 1pm so please leave a clear message stating your requirements (PLEASE NOTE: Where possible please don’t ask us to phone you back to confirm messages unless completely necessary as we review messages on a regular basis and record all information in our system accordingly, hence eliminating the need to confirm messages via return phone call). Any requests to phone back will not be undertaken until the next working day at least.
Of course the best way to manage your milk order is via our simple and secure online order system (called yourMOO). If you register on our site here as an online customer we will send you an email to confirm that you can then add to and change your order, set holiday stops and starts and review and pay your bill. Many of our customer have found this a great benefit as it can be done any time and from anywhere that you can get online – even whilst you are on holiday!
